Our Return & Resolution Policy

Custom-Made Glasses: Because each pair is made to order, we don’t offer standard returns.

Approval First: If you’re having any issues, please reach out within 30 days. We’ll review your request and do our best to help.

Condition: Any approved return must be in “as new” condition — free from scratches, wear, and in the original packaging.​
